Alison heads up a family run business in the heart of Clifton Village, one that’s been running for over 50 years, providing complete interior solutions.

She offers a wide range of services including a full design service, in house making, bespoke joinery, upholstery and colour consultations.

Amy Rudrum

Director, Estate Legal

Amy is a highly experienced commercial property litigator with over 20 years’ experience. She is also co-founder and owner of Estate Legal, a boutique Bristol-based property litigation firm.

Specialising in the retail, leisure and hospitality sectors, her work focuses on landlord and tenant asset management. Amy also sits on the BII expert panel of solicitors in recognition of her knowledge of the Pubs Code. Amy has been instrumental in some of the most complex property litigation cases, including high-profile rent reviews and lease disputes. With a reputation for delivering commercial results, she also actively contributes to business development in the South-West.

Coralie McKeivor

Director (Real Estate), Freeths

Coralie is a Director at Freeths LLP in Bristol within the Real Estate team and specialising in clean energy, EV charging and infrastructure projects.

Alongside her legal practice, she is passionate about equity and inclusion, serving as President of Bristol Law Society, Junior Vice Chair of Women in Property South West, and holding multiple board and trustee roles across the profession and industry.

Named EDI Champion of the Year at Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards 2023, Coralie is recognised for her empathy, passion and strategic thinking in driving positive change across the property sector.

David Mace

Managing Director, Baylis Estates

David, Managing Director of Baylis Estates, brings over 40 years’ experience in the property industry. At Baylis Estates he has overseen the delivery of nearly 2 million sq ft of retail, leisure, office warehousing and motor trade developments across the South West.

Prior to this, David was Regional Senior Director at GVA, where he also headed the Development Division for the South West and South Wales, and before that Senior Partner at Osmond Tricks, leading a wide range of high-profile retail, office and industrial projects. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the inception and successful completion of The Mall Regional Shopping Centre at Cribbs Causeway.

A former President of the Bristol Property Agents Association, David supports a number of local charities and trusts including Children’s Hospice South West, Quartet Foundation and more recently Gympanzees – with it’s exciting mission to deliver an accessible new leisure facility for children with disabilities at the former Aust Service Centre.

Kevin Hunt

Senior Director, BNP Paribas

Kevin is a Senior Director in the National Development & Planning team at BNP Paribas Real Estate and is also Head of the firms Bristol Office.

He provides planning consultancy advice to public and private sector clients on a range of residential and mixed-use planning / regeneration schemes and has expertise across a variety of sectors including education, sports & leisure, community, heritage, student and healthcare.

Kevin joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in March 2023 following a 19-year career at JLL, before which he was a Development Control Officer at North Somerset Council.

Nick Spicer

Nick is CEO of Your Eco, a multi-award winning Certified B Corp™ solar energy company, and a former British Army infantry officer who commanded the last combat unit in Baghdad, Iraq in 2008.

Since transitioning to renewable energy, he has designed and overseen the delivery of over 30MW of clean energy capacity across the UK and internationally, including pioneering solar installations in the Himalayas, Democratic Republic of Congo, and the Caribbean.

As an international level industry speaker and advisor to national banks and lenders on the renewable market, he brings unique expertise combining military precision with sustainable energy innovation
