This category is aimed at agencies which handle residential lettings / sales in the Bristol area. In this competitive and busy sector, the Judges are looking for a lettings / sales agent with a proven track record and demonstrable success in the past 12 months. Agents with multiple offices in Bristol can choose to nominate themselves as either as a group or as individual offices. National companies should focus their nominations on their Bristol office(s).
